This Privacy Policy explains how Favor LLC (“Favvor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Favvor mobile application and our website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information. When you create an account we collect details such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Favor content. The requests (“favvors”) you post, including descriptions, any compensation you offer, and the messages you exchange with other users.
- Location information. With your permission, we use your approximate location to show nearby favvors and to help match you with people close by. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
- Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as device type, app version, and interactions with the Services, used to operate and improve the product.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To connect people posting favvors with people who can help.
- To communicate with you about your account and activity.
- To keep the community safe and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services: with other users as part of the favor process (for example, your display name and the content of a favvor you post), with service providers who help us operate the platform, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Children’s privacy
Favvor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
