These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Favvor mobile application and website (the “Services”), operated by Favor LLC (“Favvor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Favvor. By using the Services you confirm that you can form a binding agreement with us.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Using Favvor
Favvor is a community marketplace that connects people who need help (“favvors”) with people willing to help. You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Request or offer anything illegal or unsafe.
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse engineer the Services.
Favors between users
Favvor provides a platform to coordinate help between users. We are not a party to the agreements users make with one another and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any favor or any user’s conduct. Any compensation, whether cash or non-cash, is arranged directly between the users involved. Use your judgment and take appropriate precautions when meeting or working with others.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Services or interactions with other users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the community. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
